Aim of the reservation platform is to promote the vacation offers of Albena resort to various target groups – foreigners, Bulgarians, Romanians. Therefore the offers are specialized according to client segments. Another purpose is to popularize the opportunities of all season vacations at the resort. The message is delivered using different design templates according to seasons – summer, autumn, winter, spring. Visitors can review a rich portfolio of vacation offers, catalog of the hotels with galleries and virtual tour. They can rate and comment the facilities. The platform is integrated with the internal reservation system of the resort.
